You need to get clear on why you want to terminate the romance. The immediate reason that jumps into your mind may not be the real reason. You must determine what the real reason is. The next step in ending a relationship is to be honest. In your discussion with your partner you just be true to yourself and to them.

Unless you are in a long distance relationship, schedule time to be together to have this discussion. If long distance does separate you and you can't get together in the near future, this may have to be done on the phone. It is better sooner than to postpone it. This discussion should be respectful and you should dignify your partner by having it in person whenever possible. It should never be in an e-mail or a text message. Not only would that be undignified, it would be cruel.

Anne Recovered after 10 years of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Anne was a mother of two from Norway, she was thirty nine years old. She caught a virus in 1999, from which she never completely recovered. Anne was diagnosed with post viral syndrome (PVFS) at first. This developed into M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Anne experienced extreme fatigue, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and Insomnia. She also became sensitive to sound and light.

Due to the brain fog she was suffering the years seemed to drift by in haze. Anne was tested for many other health complaints by her doctor, all with a negative result. She was offered CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), graded exercise and pacing. Nothing gave her relief or helped her condition. Anne searched for and tried alternative approaches which included acupuncture, homeopathy, osteopathy, herbalism, as well as many others. Some helped in the short term, but nothing seemed to last.

Anne was now suffering a lot of physical pain. She was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. All that was on offer were painkillers and anti-depressants. In year nine Anne read in the paper about a Norwegian ME sufferer who had traveled to the U.K. for a training programme called the Phil Parker Lightning Process. She came across stories on the Internet of more ME/CFS sufferers who were now completely well. After taking this training their health had turned around rapidly, hence the name -- The Lightning Process.

Anne thought that these people could not have been suffering in the same way she was. In the Norwegian papers, more recovery stories appeared throughout the year. Anne decided that she had to try The Lightning Process. She discovered that certain U.K. practitioners were running Lightning Process courses in Norway. Anne contacted me six weeks before the ME/CFS recovery course in Oslo.

I informed Anne that in the recovery course, I included a number of other valuable techniques along with the Lightning Process. Anne started straight away with some of the self-help resources from my website. These are all easy ways in which to start to re-train the nervous system. Anne also downloaded the free relaxation mp3 produced for ME/CFS sufferers.

During The Optimum Energy Training Course Anne learnt The Lightning Process and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). The training was for four hours of each day over three days. There was a significant change on day one of the training when the brain fog that she was so used to had finally left her. It wasn't all easy for her and Anne realized that she had to put the work in to get the results she wanted. She spent time practicing all that she had been taught. By the end of the third day she knew that she had the tools and know-how to get 100% better.

I followed up Anne after the course with some coaching over the telephone. Anne was doing really well, her symptoms were fading and energy increasing as each day passed. She continued to work on her stamina and fitness for the next month until she was completely well. Anne's story might sound too good to be true, but this kind of transformation is what we regularly see with people using this approach. This strategy isn't necessarily right for all. You need to be ready and prepared to commit to the necessary short-term work. For people who are, the results of applying the training, as they were for Anne, can be quite remarkable.

CSS is a considerably more complex technology than HTML and using CSS to control the layout of your pages requires experience. Fortunately for us, Dreamweaver contains a wide variety of CSS layouts which can be used for creating both individual pages and also templates which can then be used to generate multiple pages.

To gain access to Dreamweaver's CSS layouts, simply choose New from the File menu. The New Document window displays all the different types of web page that Dreamweaver is capable of creating. These are arranged in categories and CSS layouts are available both in the Blank Page and Blank Template categories.

If you do not wish to use any of the preset CSS layouts when creating a new document, choose "None" in the Layout column and Dreamweaver will simply create a blank HTML or XHTML page. To get a preview of a layout, simply click on its name. These previews give you an idea of what the layout will look like. Dreamweaver offers single column, two column and three column layouts available. The names of the layouts contain terms that you may find confusing such as elastic, fixed liquid and hybrid. We will examine these terms in another tutorial. For the moment, let's just look at creating an HTML page which is driven by a CSS preset layout.

Having chosen a CSS layout, before clicking on the "Create" button you need to specify the manner in which the CSS code will be linked to the HTML document. Next to the option labelled "Layout CSS" is a drop-down menu containing three options: "Add to Head" will place all of the CSS code inside the HTML document in the head section; as the name suggests, "Add to New File", will create a new external CSS file containing all the necessary code; "Link to Existing File" will put the CSS code in an existing CSS file you designate. Breastfeeding is a natural part of life. Babies are born with the instinctual knowledge of how to get food from its mother. If you place a newborn's mouth in the vicinity of the mother's nipple, he/she will naturally search it out and begin to suck. While most babies are able to breastfeed as soon as they are born, there are some that have difficulty.

While breastfeeding comes naturally for babies, it takes a bit of practice for a mother. Some women need encouragement, while others find it to be second nature.

One of the most important things to remember when breastfeeding is to make sure the baby's mouth is open wide enough to grasp onto the nipple and a portion of the areola. If the baby cannot master this, he can cause the mother's nipples to become so sore that they bleed and crack.

When breastfeeding, it is important to use your free hand to support the breast from which the baby is feeding. This is done to ensure that the nipple stays in the baby's mouth and prevents it from blocking the baby's nose and airway.

Babies can be positioned in different ways while they are feeding, but the preferred (and most comfortable) way is to hold him/her at the breast on his/her side or tummy facing you and within reach of the nipple. Because breastfeeding also helps a mother and baby bond, many experts recommend removing both your clothing and the baby's in order to facilitate skin-to-skin contact.

Some babies need a little bit of encouragement to start feeding. A good way to help them is by expressing some milk into his/her mouth. This will motivate him/her to start sucking.

Most doctors recommend that breastfed babies eat between 8-12 times daily to ensure proper nutrition. It was once believed that scheduling feeding times by the clock was the best method to ensure proper feeding, but now it is recommended that babies are fed on demand.

An important thing to remember while breastfeeding is to check to make sure baby is actually getting milk and swallowing it. Some babies only suck and do not get any milk. If a baby does regularly, he/she will not be getting proper nutrition and will become dehydrated.

A good way to ensure that your baby is eating enough is to feed him/her for a specific length of time at each breast.

A lot of first time mothers are afraid that their bodies will not produce an adequate amount of milk for their baby's needs. This is a common fear, but not a valid one. Adjust Sewing Machine Bobbin Tensions

Tensions are a common source of problems in sewing. Understanding how tensions work is essential for every sewing machine user. It is not as complicated as some believe, and not as simple as some might think.

When you sew, thread from the top of your machine and thread from the bobbin lock together to form a stitch. As the thread moves through the sewing machine, drag is created which we call tension. When the drag from the top correctly balances the bobbin drag, the lockstitch will form in the middle of the fabric without extra thread on top or bottom of the fabric.

Thread from the spool on top of the machine is threaded through some guides, the tension discs, the take up lever, and needle. To increase the tension, just turn the tension knob to the right. To loosen, turn left.

Under the arm of your sewing machine is a bobbin carrier where you put your bobbin. You might not have thought much about the tension system here, but it is very important. Antique machines used an elongated shuttle, but basically served the same purpose. Today machines have carriers loaded from the front, top, or left side.

Basically, all the bobbin tension systems work alike. The bobbin goes into the bobbin carrier or holder. Thread wound on the bobbin, is pulled under a tension spring. Eventually, the thread is drawn up through the hole in the needle plate.

Here are some important things to keep in mind when your get ready to sew. First, be sure you have the right bobbin.

Second, be sure the bobbin thread is properly wound with no loops or loose threads and not too tight either. The thread should be smoothly wound around the bobbin.

Third, be sure to place the bobbin in the bobbin carrier exactly the way your sewing machine manual says. The bobbin thread usually moves from left to right or clockwise around the bobbin as it turns. However, there are models that are exactly the reverse. The key is to observe how the thread enters the bobbin carrier tension assembly. The thread should trail back under the tension so that it does not slip out during use.

Thread the bobbin tension which looks like a small piece of metal on the outside of the carrier. Your sewing machine manual or sewing machine technician can should you if you need help. Draw the thread back under the spring.

You can adjust the amount of pressure applied to the thread by turning the small screw located on the tension spring. To tighten turn it clockwise. To loosen turn it counterclockwise.

There are many different types of bobbin carriers, find out how yours is suppose to work and always use it the same way. Some machines have carriers that are already installed on the machine, and all you have to do is put your bobbin into it. Other machines have detachable carriers that you put your bobbin into. Then put the carrier into its socket.

Tension is easy to test on detachable carriers. After inserting the bobbin and drawing the thread under the spring, hold the string and allow the carrier to dangle. If it drops, tighten the tension. Bounce the carrier a bit. If the tension refuses to move, loosen the tension a bit. If it drops an inch or so, it is about right. Now hold the carrier and pull the thread with your other hand. Does it come off smoothly, you are all set.

Drop in bobbins can be tested using the gentle draw test we used with the detachable carriers. Remember, the thread should flow smoothly through the bobbin tension with a gently pull. If it is too hard, loosen the adjusting screw. If you do not feel drag, make sure there is not lint under the tension spring and tighten.

Inspect the bobbin area for problems. Clean out the lint and dirt. Smooth any rough spots, burrs, or jagged edges. Be proactive by keeping your sewing machine in good condition. Once the bobbin tension is set, remember to check it whenever you change the size or type of thread you use.

One day in the course of your fitness journey you'll feel like skipping over your strength training session.

There could be tons of whys and wherefores. You may be busy for time, you may be apathetic, you may feel worn-out or aching from your last session regardless the case, you don't feel like getting down to it and going to the gym.

It's times like this when you get the opportunity to build your resolve, strength of mind, and "never say die" attitude.

Now is actually is one of those days for me...

My quads are still really aching from the high intensity tabata protocol I did yesterday on my rest day, plus I didn't get sufficient protein to help build up my strength.

And I must of ate something bad last night because I puke when I woke up at 4am this morning...

So at this point I have two choices: 1.) miss out my strength training session today or 2.) Execute the session as planned, but adjust as needed.

What am I going to pick?

I'm going to carry out my session as planned and find my feet as needed!

So How Can You Make Progress When You Don't Feel Like It?

When I come in the weight room today, I might notice my warm up sets are feeling extra hard. It could be the weights aren't moving as easily as I wish for.

I'll probably still do my first set at the prescribed poundage, but I may have to back off a little on the next two sets no matter.

Consistency Is Key

The answer is I'm going to get in there and carry out my strength training session just like I had planned. Why? Since I know it'll ultimately be the cause of my good health.

Even though I can't perform at maximum it's all right. I'm still getting a TON of other benefits just by keeping fit.

What's more, I'm building the not refraining from the habit.

Lake George New York, A Great Place to Ride

As a Biker I love to take long Rides on my 2007 Harley Davidson, Nightrain. Some times a trip to Connecticut where one has the freedom of choice to decided if they want to wear a Helmet or not is a great place to go. Often I head up to the NY Catskill Mountains, Where a Burger and a Beer at Nicks Waterfall House in West Conesville can be the perfect end to a day of Cruising threw the Mountains.

Then there is another of my Favorite places to ride to, The Lake George NY area. My Uncle has a small Cabin in the Mountains right outside of the town of Lake George where I often stay. The area has some great long and winding roads for riding, These roads will relax even the most stressed Motorcycle rider.

There is so much history to the Lake George NY area. While on a trip one year riding around with no real destination in mind, I found myself in front of Fort Ticonderoga (fort-ticonderoga.org). Being very interested in American History I had to stop in and take the tour. The Fort was built between 1755 and 1759 and has plenty of stories to tell. It had a big roll in the American Revolution. As I walked around the Fort the I could almost imagine I had traveled back to the 18Th Century, The things I learned reminded me of the sacrifices our fore Fathers made to secure the Freedoms we enjoy and let slip threw our fingers every day.

Another thing I like to do is ride on some of the less traveled roads. Riding on a road where you see nothing but Forests and small Waterfalls for miles is very relaxing. I like to search out small little Dinners and eatery's, Stopping at them and trying some of the foods they have to offer.

I recently met up with my Mother, Sister, Brother, Nieces, Nephew and other members of my family at the Lake George Escape Evergreen Resort Campgrounds (LakeGeorgeEscape.com), I found it a great places for me to relax for a few days. There where plenty of activities for the kids and many activities I could enjoy with the kids. In the resorts game room I won my Nieces and Nephew many prizes and I played (or maybe Battled is a more accurate word) Air Hockey with my younger Brother in the game room for hours. The resort has a pond and two pools to Swim in. Each week at the resort during the Summer has a thyme and while we where there it was Halloween week. The Camp Grounds has Nightly Hay rides around the Camp Grounds and since it was Halloween week my Brother came up with the idea of throwing out candy to all the kids as we took a Hay ride around the grounds one night. Many other things I have stopped to enjoy while riding around and staying in the Lake George area is White Water rafting, Hiking and many Trips to Six Flags Great Escape & Splash Water Kingdom. The park was known as Storytown USA when it first opened in 1954. As a Kid I used to love to watch the gun fights in its old western area known as Ghost town. The park may be much larger now and have many modern day Rides and attractions, but all the old Story town, Jungleland and Ghost town areas from the 50's and 60s are still there! Then of course there is the town of Lake George it self with many great stores for shopping including a new shop I found last year called DILLIGAF's. Many Arcades, Museum's, Para Sailing, Night Clubs and Many Places to eat including some Waterfront Restaurants. Now in my opinion no trip to Lake George can be Complete without a Paddle wheel Cruise on the historic and scenic Lake George itself. The lake is known as the Queen of American Lakes. There are Two maybe three Companies you can use, But I recommend you take your trip on the Lake George Steamboat Company's (lakegeorgesteamboat.com) Minnie-Ha-Ha. I have Pictures of me getting on this Boat with my Family that go back many years.

As Bikers We are always looking for Great places to ride to alone or with our friends and family that offer both great riding areas and many things to do. I have found Lake George to be a great area for both!

Students may train in keyboard skills by private lessons with an instructor or by participating in a class with other students. Most parents are unable to decide which type of piano lesson format to take for their child. The two types of venues are both effective, and we will show how a parent can decide.

Class sessions mostly highlight lively activities for students that are under the age of six that include playing with percussion toys, learning childrens' songs, dancing and learning short pieces on the piano or keyboard. Some children that are older will be able to spend more class time on the piano, but they also get some skills in rhythm and learning new songs.

Younger children may find private lessons an ordeal to begin with, as they may not have been in a one-to-one teaching situation before. Also, some teachers can be perfectionists and demand lots of practice so they may be impatient if the student does not understand what they are supposed to do. Younger children cannot concentrate for a long period of time and they cannot stretch their hands far on the keys.

Most group lesson experiences and some private piano teachers ask that the parent sits in on the lessons. That way they can observe how their child is interacting and encounters with class activities or private lessons. There is strong evidence that suggests that people who smoke cigarettes on a regular basis for a long period of time are at an extremely high risk of developing larynx and lung cancer. Researchers are still trying to figure out exactly how it is that smoking causes these types of cancer, as it is not yet understood clearly.

Normal cells that experience damage are able to repair themselves on their own. Sometimes cells are completely removed and then are replaced by the body's lymph system. This process can start to go wrong, however.

Cells can grow abnormally, taking on inappropriate shapes and performing incorrectly. When they do, and that growth reaches a certain level that the body can't cope with, the result is cancer.

Many of the substances that are found in cigarette smoke have been proven to be carcinogenic.

When the paper in a cigarette burns, it releases tar. Each cigarette tends to contain between 10 and 14 milligrams of tar. This tar collects in the tiny air filled sacs of the lungs, called alveoli, where oxygen is usually transferred into the blood. The presence of tar in the alveoli irritates the cells and eventually leads to their unnatural growth.

Nitrosamines are another compound and are also present in cigarettes. Hundreds of different studies administered with small mammals have proven that these compounds are also carcinogenic. Nitrosamines such as NNK, NNN, and NAT are all present in cigarette smoke in extremely small amounts, about 56.53 nanograms.

A few dozen nanograms (one billionth of a gram - 1 g = 0.0353 oz) may sound like a small amount. But sometimes small amounts can have a large effect. Dog's noses, for example, are so sensitive they can detect a few molecules of certain substances. Some systems in humans are equally sensitive to certain chemicals. Add to that the fact that many of the compounds and their effects are cumulative and the case begins to look very strong.

No study has found any link between cancer and consuming one or two cigarettes per day. But such smokers are extremely rare and the odds of them catching some other serious disease are so much higher it may be masked. A smoker who consumes a pack a day for 20 years has 2-4 times the chances of getting lung cancer than a non-smoker.
